Visuals: On a purple & black gradient background, we see a white letter "D" in the left side and white words "Descriptive Video Service" below. Afterwards, three white arcs appear next to the letter one by one along with the service mark symbol.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: A chime glissando.

Availability: Seen on WQED Laserdisc, VHS & DVD releases.
