Logo: On a red smokey background, we see a closeup of a figurine, which consists of two big letters D and F together with a trident in the middle, there is also a yellow ribbon with "DEVASHRAM FILMS PVT. LTD." in white swerving below the figurine. The camera zooms out from the figurine, which also causes the sparkles coming out the figurine. Once it stops, the sparkles suddenly dissapear and a bright light above the trident appears a second.
FX/SFX: The zoom-out, the sparkles and the light appearing. Basically dated CGI.
Music/Sounds: A lyre theme that repeats twice (which is also used in the 2nd logo of Jaya Chamunda Mai Films).
