Background
Digi is a Malaysian mobile service provider founded in 1995. It has been owned by Telenor since the 21st century. In 2022, Axiata, Telenor and Digi merged their operations under a new company, CelcomDigi.

1st Tag (1998)
Visuals: At the end of the commercial, the screen fades to a yellow background, where the blue text "DiGi" is shown with the slogan "menghubungkan dunia anda" below. At the top, a red curved "D" is shown, with three diamonds representing the vertical line.
Technique: None.
Audio: The ending music of the commercial, with the announcer saying the company name and the slogan.
Availability: Seen on a commercial aired during 1998 promoting their services.
2nd Tag (2006-2012)
Visuals: On a black background, a yellow slanted square with a white outline appears with the text "DiGi" inside; below is the text "Always the smarter choice" in two lines.
Variants:
- On the "I Will Follow You" ads, the square flips in, with the texts appearing after. A shine then passes through the "DiGi" text.
- On the "Bicycles" commercial, the Digi logo emerges from spinning yellow lights in the center. The slogan then flashes in.
- On the "Mom", "Girl" and "Gym Guy" commercials, we see a yellow speech bubble turn into the DiGi square logo. The slogan then fades in.
- On the "Opportunities" commercial, we see a yellow globe as a streak passes at the front, before flipping to the DiGi logo with the slogan.

- On the "I Will Follow You" ads, we hear a group of women sing "I will follow you" in the tune of the jingle.
- On the "Bicycles" commercial, it's an electronic rendition of the jingle.
- On the "Mom", "Girl" and "Gym Guy" commercials, it's an acoustic guitar rendition of the jingle.
Availability: Seen on their 2000s to 2012 commercials, most notably the "I Will Follow You" ads from 2006.
3rd Tag (2010-2012)
Visuals: On a white gradient background, we see the DiGi square logo appear in several fashions. The black "Always the smarter choice" slogan appears below.
Variants:
- A the end of the "DiGi Prepaid Lagi Best Launch" commercial, we see two DiGi logos with arms drawn on them. These then move and merge at the center, and the slogan fades in below.
- On the DiGi WWWOW Awards commercials, the logo appears by flipping or spinning in.
- At the end of the "Birds" commercial, the DiGi logo, with wings, appears flying into position. The wings then hide behind the logo.
- On the "RM1 Tablet Plans" commercial, we see a group of people posing and forming the DiGi logo above the camera, dressed up in the colors of the logo. One kid runs into position and places as the dot of the last "i". The screen then fades to the DiGi logo and slogan on the white background.
- On the "Jualan Internet 2X Ganda Oversharer" commercial, a live-action plush of the Twitter logo appears moving next to the logo, and then hides behind it. There's no slogan in this variant.
- On the "Jualan Internet 2X Ganda LikeThumbs" commercial, live-action arms dressed up with the Facebook "Like" button appear on the sides of the logo, and then hide behind it. There's no slogan in this variant.

4th Tag (2012)
Visuals: On a yellow background, we see the DiGi square logo from before, with the "Always the smarter choice" slogan below in black. The logo then shakes as multiple app icons fall from the top, in order: Skype, Yahoo, Google, Twitter and Facebook. The icons get consumed by the logo before it settles into its place.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: Another horn rendition of the 5-note Digi jingle.
Availability: Seen at the end of the "30 Days FREE Internet Promotion" commercial.
5th Tag (2013)
Visuals: Depending of the commercial, a model of the DiGi square logo would appear at the end in several forms.
Variants:
- On the Music Lover commercial, we see the top view of a model of a room with small cardboard and plastic models of different types of robots, spinning on a direct-drive turntable. After it slows down, the DiGi square logo appears over it. The logo briefly flashes to become more visible.
- On the Ice Skating Droids commercial, we see two fences shaped to resemble the outlines of the DiGi square logo, in a snowy field with trees. The DiGi square logo, glued on a thin wooden stick, then pops in from the bottom of the screen.
- On the Easy Prepaid Buddyz commercial, when the elevator doors at the end open, the DiGi square logo is revealed inside the elevator.
Technique: Stop-motion, live-action, or CGI.
Audio: Different renditions of the 5-note Digi jingle.
- On the Music Lover commercial, we hear an electronic rendition of the jingle.
- On the Ice Skating Droids commercial, we hear a marimba rendition of the jingle, accompanied by a female voice singing the jingle.
- On the Easy Prepaid Buddyz commercial, we hear a different, lower-pitched electronic rendition of the jingle, accompanied by a deep male voice singing the jingle.
Availability: Seen at the end of the "Music Lover", "Ice Skating Droids" and "Easy Prepaid Buddyz" commercials.
6th Tag (2014)
Visuals: On a white background, a live-action hand appears grabbing the DiGi square logo. "Internet For All" is seen below in black. The hand then presses an imaginary button of the logo as if it were a Mobifi.
Technique: Live-action.
Audio: A harp rendition of the 5-note Digi jingle. We then hear the two-note beeping noise from a Mobifi.
Availability: Seen at the end of the 2014 DiGi Mobifi commercial.
7th Tag (January 22, 2015-December 18, 2022)
Visuals: On a yellow background, a white outline of a rounded square flips in, and once it flips the second time, the Telenor logo, with the "digi" text, appears inside it. Multiple rounded squares then appear moving up behind the logo before fading out, and the slogan "JOM BERINSPIRASI" (Malay), "LET'S INSPIRE" (English), or "启发生活" (Chinese), appears below.
Variants:
- There exists an early variant, where the Digi logo flips in at the center with the other squares appearing behind it, then moving to the left as the slogan fades in next to it in two different shades of blue.
- On the Sharing Our Inspiring Malaysia commercial, the logo and the slogan are superimposed over blurred footage of scrolling photographs taken in the ad.
- On the Non-stop entertainment. Now at home! commercial, the squares fade in after the logo is formed.
- On some commercials, the squares behind the logo might not fade out.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: The 5-note theme, which may be rearranged depending on the commercial.
Audio Variants:
- On the Sharing Our Inspiring Malaysia commercial, we hear a music box rendition of the tune.
- On the Internet for Inspiration, Glam up for the season!, The party never stops with Digi Prepaid LiVE, and Seronok Sekeluarga Dengan Digi Postpaid Family Unlimited commercials, we hear an orchestral rendition of the tune, with the last note being played with a triangle.
- On the Internet for Inspiration commercial, the tune is in a higher pitch.
- On the Seronok Sekeluarga Dengan Digi Postpaid Family Unlimited commercial, the tune is sped up.
- On the So shockingly good, you can’t help but to share it. commercial, we hear a marimba rendition of the tune, accompanied by the Messenger notification sound at the end.
- On the Non-stop entertainment. Now at home! commercial, we hear a whistling rendition of the tune, accompanied by a male announcer saying "Digi, let's inspire".
- On the Digi Postpaid | Perfect for every side of you commercial, the tune is played with a xylophone.
- On the Chinese version of the aforementioned commercial, the tune is in a lower pitch.
Availability: Seen at the end of their recent commercials before the CelcomDigi merger, including "Seronok Sekeluarga Dengan Digi Postpaid Family Unlimited" and "Digi Postpaid | Perfect for every side of you".
8th Tag (August 7, 2023-)
Visuals: On a yellow background, we see the Digi Telenor logo at the left, with the text "by celcomdigi" below it. At the right, there's a 5G logo in blue, with lighter blue semicircles coming out from the top, and the text "FOR ALL" is shown below it. The 5G logo then flips to another logo, being a blue rounded square outline with the text "MALAYSIA'S No. 1 NETWORK" inside it; a blue rectangle is shown at the bottom of the border with the white "WIDEST | FASTEST" in it, and below the outline there's more blue text saying "4G", "5G", and "FIBRE" separated by two bars.
Variants: There exists Malay and Chinese language versions of this tag.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: So far, only one electronic rearrangement of the 5-note Digi jingle has been used with this tag.
Audio Variant: On How to Pay via Digi for your in-app purchase, it's the ending theme of the commercial.
Availability: Made its debut with the 2023 Digi Prepaid 5G commercial, and later appeared on the How to Pay via Digi for your in-app purchase commercial.
