Background: Distributors Corporation of America (DLC) was a distributor of foreign and lower-budget films. The company was active from 1952 to 1959. The company's films are either owned by the original producers (or their successor) or are in the public domain.

Logo: The phrase "A dISTRIBUTORS cORPORATION of aMERICA RELEASE" is seen. The "d" has filmstrip as its stem.

FX/SFX: It is a still logo.

Music/Sounds: The opening theme or none.

Availability: Very rare. Can be seen on The Golden Age of Comedy, The Crawling Eye (AKA The Trollenberg Terror), and some prints of Plan 9 from Outer Space (the company's final film).
