Logo: Up against a black background, we see a drawing of an orange dog that appears to have its back bitten into. Copyright information and disclaimers are above and below.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: The end theme of the film, which is "Coconut" by Harry Nilsson.
Availability: Was only seen in the end credits of Reservoir Dogs.
Legacy: This can be an extreme sight to animal lovers, and thus could be quite frightening as well. However, it's intended to be funny and should not be a problem with the majority of those who see it.
