Background
Dolphin Production Company was an early computer animation company based in New York.
(1974-1979)
Logo: We fade in on a lime green circle with a dolphin outline inside it. As it leaps out, we zoom out to reveal the circle is part of the second "I" in "Dolphin Productions", which is set over a starfield background. The dolphin then lands in the "o".
FX/SFX: The dolphin leaping, the logo zooming out.
Music/Sounds: A slide whistle sound, then an electronic warble.
Availability: Seen on demo reels of Dolphin's work.
Editor's Note: This logo utilizes early 70s Scanimate animation.
