This is the vanity plate of Dan Berendsen.

Visuals: On a white background, we quickly slide up to reveal the 3D stacked text "DON'T BORROW TROUBLE" which is at an angle, standing on a pencil with a rope attached to it, which is being held by a man. As it very carefully zooms in, the man quickly pulls the rope with the pencil towards him.
