1st Logo (2005?-)
Logo: It's only in-credit text that reads: "This program was produced for Baby TV". The text fades in, only for a few seconds, and then fades out.
Variant: On Sweet Dreams, the text "This program was produced by BabyTV" appears on a thick black line.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the show.
Availability: Common. Seen on the earliest Baby TV shows from 2005 like Baby Art and Sweet Dreams.
2nd Logo (2005-2006)
Logo: We see an in-credit version of the red-cheek butterfly, and the BabyTV wordmark (The text "Baby" being in black, and the text "tv" being in red".) scrolling along.
Variants:
- On Wish Upon A Star, the wordmark text "Baby" is white rather than black.
- On Magic Lantern, the whole wordmark is red.
- In mid-2006, the butterfly has been redesigned, and the wordmark has the "Baby" text red, and the "tv" text orange.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: Same as the previous logo.
Availability: Appeared on BabyTV shows from 2005 to 2006, such as Little Ball, Baby Art, Magic Lantern, Wish Upon A Star, Paint Me A World, Zoom and Wooly and Tulli.
3rd Logo (2006-2007)
Logo: On the show's respective background, a black rectangle appears and yellow copyrights, on an animation.
Technique: The yellow copyrights.
Music/Sounds: Same as the last 2 logos.

4th Logo (2008-)
Logo: Same as the previous logo, but there is no rectangle and the font depends on the show's font.
Variant: On Cuddlies, the credits just fade in to black.
Technique: The fonted copyrights.
Music/Sounds: Same as the last 3 logos.
