Background:
Canal 13 is a television channel from the city of Rio Cuarto (on the Cordoba province). Was launched in 1964 as Canal 2, changing then to channel 13 in 1978. Still, since their foundation, is owned by Imperio Televisión S.A.

Then, we change from view, now seeing white letters with green outlines moving across the brown floor, until forming the words "Canal 13".
