Background
In 1961, the channel was formed after LR3 Radio Belgrano Televisión renamed their channel to Canal 7. In 1979, Canal 7 took control of a new complex and started to be called Argentina Televisora Color (ATC), that would be set until the end of the 20th century.

2nd Logo (1970-1976)
Logo: On a white, striped background, we see 5 copies of "canal 7" stacked on top of each other with each copy above having a bigger fragment cut off. Sitting underneath is the text "LS 82 TV BUENOS AIRES".

Music/Sounds: A female announcer saying "Transmite LS 82 TV Canal 7 Buenos Aires" (Broadcasts LS 82 TV Channel 7 Buenos Aires).
