trigger seizures for people
with photosensitive epilepsy.
Viewer discretion advised.
Technique: 2D stop-motion computer animation.
Music/Sounds: A warning-like sound is heard, along with the Cartoon Network announcer from this branding (Roger Craig Smith) saying the entire warning.
Availability: Seen on American Cartoon Network programming that contain seizures, first seen before an episode of The Powerpuff Girls (1998-2005).
