Draft:DC Studios/Trailer Variations
These are the logo variations seen on trailer throughout the years by DC Entertainment, with more to be added overtime.
The Dark Knight Trilogy:
- The Dark Knight (2008):
- On the first trailer, it is the same as the movie itself.
- On the second trailer, the logo is blue and comes out of the Batman insignia-shaped smoke.
The Dark Knight Rises (2012):
- One of the first appearances of the new DC logo. It is made of metal.
- On the TV spots, this logo shares the screen with others.
Watchmen (2009): The logo is gray and yellow on a stormy cloud background, just like the Warner Bros., Paramount, and Legendary Pictures versions.

Jonah Hex (2010): The logo is metallic and burning.
Red (2010): The print logo is red and on a black background.
Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters (2011): The logo is in silver and granite, and on a background of green mist.
Green Lantern (2011): On the trailer, the logo is shrouded in darkness, in a dark green color, and is emitting green energy.
Batman: Arkham City (2011): The logo is drawn on a pathway and is seen from an overhead view. It is in black & white.
LEGO Batman 2 (2012): On the trailer, the logo appears on a holed surface.
Injustice: Gods Among Us (2013): The logo is made of gray stone.
Wonder Woman film series
- Wonder Woman (2017): The DC logo is made out of gold.
- Wonder Woman 1984 (2020): The DC logo appears in neon lights.
Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold (2018): On the trailer, the logo gradually zooms in the same way as the 15th WB Animation logo.
Teen Titans Go! To the Movies (2018): The logo has a yellow glittery interior, and is on a white background. The logo zooms in to Robin, who is under the logo, to start the trailer.
The Sandman (2020, Audible): Unknown.
Justice Society: World War II: Same as the movie itself, but with less details.
The Batman (2022): Same as the movie itself, but instead of having a gradient, it glows.
DC League of Super-Pets (2022): The logo is tinted in red. The inner parts of the logo are in blue and also shines. The logo has a transition effect via a flash from the WAG shield.
- On a TV Spot, the logo appears alongside the WB and WAG shields and they include the Warner Bros Discovery byline.
Black Adam (2022): The logo is made out of metal, slowly zooms in, and is put on a black background with an orange light below it.
Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham (2023):
- The logo is on a greenish, gloomy sky background.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023):
- On the first trailer, the logo is colored dark red and is put on a black background with an orange glowing light in the center of the background, zooming in slowly.
- On the second trailer, it's the same as the movie itself.
- On the Big Game Spot, the logo is in a dark red color again, on a glowing orange background, and is seen with the WBP and NLC logos in the same style.
The Flash (2023):
- Same as the movie itself.
Blue Beetle (2023):
- The DC Comics logo is lit up in neon blue and Scarab technology can be seen within the inner sides of the logo, just like the Warner Bros. Pictures logo that precedes it.
Merry Little Batman (2023):
- The DC logo is red on a green gradient background
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (2023):
- Trailer 1 - the logo is carved into icebergs on an ocean. Also, the ring that surrounds the "DC" letters is absent.
- Trailer 2 - the logo used is the first film's opening variant, with a school of swimming fish added.
Suicide Squad Isekai (2023):
- The logo is white against a black background.
