- Star Movies: We begin with the Star TV logo, then the "TV" in the Star disappears and the Star is spinning, then it fades into the background of movies in orange tint, the Star Movies logo (the same as the Star TV Network logos, but below is replaced with MOVIES) appears.
- Before action movies, The ident goes normal, until the Star Movies logo transitions into a structure that looks like 20th Century Fox's 1994 structure, and the 20th Century Fox text is replaced with the Star Movies 3D logo with few differences, the "STAR" text was removed, and "ACTION" was seen spinning across the star.

- The same ident is used on Star Chinese Movies from 2001 to 2008, but the logo is white and blue and the logo is Chinese, and after the Star TV logo, it was a blue-tinted ident.

Logo: On a white background we see the famous "Disney" signature drawing itself. When it keeps drawing we see Mickey's Mouse face in orange fades in then the DISNEY text slides to the left when a vertical line appears and the Star logo slides out to the right reading "DISNEY Star". Then the logo shines and the face's ears moves.
