1st Bumper (1994-1999)
Visuals:
- 1994-1996: On a black background, we see a blue circle with the HTV logo rotating.
- 1995-1999: On a water background, we see a water rippling that reveals the HTV logo.

Final Note
The ITV Hearts break-bumper replaced those regional bumpers in 1999.
