Background
Hotlink is the prepaid carrier of Malaysian telecommunications company Maxis.
1st Tag (1999?-2006)
Visuals: On a red background, we see text reading "Hotlink" over a lime circle and with a red filling inside the "o". The URL and the Maxis logo can be seen at the bottom left and the bottom right of the screen respectively.
Variants:
- On the Hotlink Football commercial, the logo spins and zooms from us as a few white streaks fly around it for a brief time. The text "Now available on 017" fades in beneath the logo, along with the URL and Maxis logo at their usual positions. A football flies in and hits and bounces off the "o" of the logo. The logo slowly rotates.
- On a Chinese Activate Your Live commercial from 2005, the text "Aktifkan diri anda" is above the logo.
- Some later commercials from the tag's last few years feature the logo on a white gradient background. They also lack the URL and the Maxis logo.
- On the FIFA 2006 Final Draw and the MAXIS Beautiful Game commercials, the logo slightly zooms in towards us.
- On the English and Malay Activate Your Live commercials from 2004, we see four people (three men, with the second one wearing a white songkok and the third one having slightly long hair, and a woman between the last two men) pointing at us while singing "Aktifkan Dirimu!" in a white gradient environment. The Hotlink logo is behind them, and the URL is in blue.
Technique: Either none, computer animation, or zooming effects.
Audio: The ending of the commercial.
Availability: Seen on their commercials from the time, such as the Aktifkan Dirimu, Hotlink Football, and FIFA 2006 Final Draw commercials.

Visuals: The still Hotlink logo from before (with the Maxis scribble in place of the dot of the "i") is on a red background. Below is the URL in white at the bottom-left, and the Maxis logo at the bottom-right.
Variants:
- On their CNY Hot Ticket commercial, the background is burgundy.
- On the Hotlink SUPER 2017 Web commercial, the URL and the Maxis logo are omitted.
Technique: None.
Audio: The ending of the commercial.
Availability: Seen on their commercials released in this era, such as the Broadband Haircut and the CNY Hot Ticket commercial.
4th Tag (2020-)
