Visuals: A black/cadet blue zooming starfield background is shown with multiple multicolored nebula-like formations moving in the form of a surface at the bottom of the screen. At the right, an iris blue scanline animation of an anime-style character with long hair and a lotus flower hair adornment playing a transverse bamboo flute zooms into view. After a while, the Japanese text "Beautifully", in the style of a multicolored gradient ranging from blue, coral, and green-yellow, zooms in trailing from the top-left corner moving to the bottom; at the same time, the rest of the slogan "キラめいて。" appears from the bottom with a similar trail effect, placing itself below the top text, forming "素敵にキラめいて。". A yellow flash occurs near the bottom-right corner, and the scanlined anime character fades out into the IBC logo, being the blue text "IBC" with a diagonal circle representing the dot of the uppercase "I" above it.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: Four synth bell notes leading into a dramatic synth string entry, which turns to a generic 80s synthpop theme with a voice singing the slogan "素敵にキラめいて, IBC!".
