Logo: We see the words "LARK" zooming out fast as the box inside (the moon and the sun) appears. So does the white words "INTERNATIONAL" in the same font and "HoustonPBS" in a different font. They shine.
FX/SFX: The words zooming out, appearing, and the shining.
