Visuals: In an mythological setting, many anthropomorphic animals appear doing random things, like an elephant holding his nose. Then in an unclear hole-like structure, a fleshy, tentacled beast shaped like an M appears in the structure. A man places the TV letters on the M. Then, it cuts to the man for a split-second. Then, the completed MTV logo is shown and the “MUSIC TELEVISION” text fades below it.

Trivia: The whole ID is a reference to The Garden of Earthly Delights by Hieronymus Bosch.
