Visuals: There are the characters of The Brothers Grunt series, making strange faces, all while superimposed on a black background. Then, a green MTV logo appears and “splashes” onto a green and red watercolor-like background.

Audio: The characters squealing, and a very quiet shriek, a splashing noise, an a voice going “Whew!”.
Legacy: This bumper is considered creepy by some, as this was based off a short-lived show that had the same name as the bumper. To this day, the show and bumper is still criticized, due to its grotesque imagery.
