Visuals: The camera pans to a close-up of the MTV logo engraved in clay. After panning through the whole logo, it cuts to a woman with frizzy lair cuddling a white pillow. The screen then cuts to a close-up of her eye, which opens, then the camera cuts to various hands waving in the air as feathers fly across the setting. The woman tears the pillow apart, then we get a brief shot of her dress before cutting to the camera rotating around her. The screen cuts back to the hands flying in the air before cutting right back to the aforementioned MTV logo. A bare foot appears and smudges the logo away, with some close-up footage of the process.
Variant: There is a short variant where the footage from the two clay logo parts are replaced with the text "IN ONE" in black forming via a wave effect over a blood red background, followed by a shot of an ear.
Technique: Live-action footage.
Audio: A deep note with faint machine-like screeches followed by a short string instrument tune, which is followed by a mixture of various sounds including reversed music, faint screaming and reversed laughing, ending with another short string tune.
Audio Variant: The music in the short version is shortened and doesn't have any incomprehensible sound effects.

Visuals: In a forest setting, in a typical Disney animation art style, Cinderella can be seen giving smooches to animals. Once Cinderella gave a kiss to the frog, she was grotesquely transformed into the MTV logo off screen. The frog was shocked, while the squirrels were shocked and crying, while she coughed up some weird slime to form the wordmark.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: Unknown
Trivia: It is most likely parodying Disney princess stories, while also parodying an old folk tale The Frog Prince.
