Started in 1997 by Charles Band as a replacement kids' sub-label for [[Moonbeam Films|Moonbeam Entertainment]]. Several of these movies were produced in Romania and financed by the [[The Kushner-Locke Company|Kushner-Locke Company]]. Was named after an unreleased movie Charles Band produced in the late 1980s also called ''PulsePounders!'' and was originally considered as an extreme horror sub-label.
