Background

Started in 1997 by Charles Band as a replacement kids' sub-label for Moonbeam Entertainment. Several of these movies were produced in Romania and financed by the Kushner-Locke Company. Was named after an unreleased movie Charles Band produced in the late 1980s also called PulsePounders! and was originally considered as an extreme horror sub-label.
