Background

Started in 1997 by Charles Band as a replacement kids' sub-label for Moonbeam Entertainment. Several of these movies were produced in Romania. Was named after an unreleased movie Charles Band produced in the late 1980s also called PulsePounders! and was originally considered as an extreme horror sub-label.
