Visuals: Footage of 3D space planets & stars moving further from view (in order: Earth, Sun, Moon, Jupiter and Saturn) on a black background is shown. After a few seconds, a TV tube like rectangle with a yellow border, with the three colors red, green and blue inside and the "ST" wordmark - in a vintage-styled font - zooms at the center. White Thai text then appears above.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: Excerpt from the "Sunrise" movement of Thus Spoke Zarathustra.
Availability: Might appear on earlier VHS releases.
2nd Logo (1989-1999)
Visuals: Stars are shown emerging at the center of a black background. The ST logo from before, now in 3D and with the text textured in golden, flips back and settles near the top side. The logo is placed in a slight top-looking perspective. The words "S.T. VIDEO" in gold emerge below the logo with a widening effect.
