Sam Boo Production
1st Logo (Early 1980's)
Logo: We clearly see a background of likely a sunrise, with 2 blue flares shining and splitting each other, which basically seems to be a footage. Then we fade to the Rede Globo 15 Anos ident, until a random shape zooms, and it multiplies with another one, rotating to 180°. The shape consists of a S-like shape. The Korean text is being wiped on. Then we fade to another footage, which consists of a bunch of circles splitting each other, leaving the other 8 circles in the middle. A blue flare appears, making a bunch of lines split each other. The Sam Boo logo zooms in, in a different color.
Technique: The footages coupled with early 2D computer animation.
Music/Sounds: An excerpt of Lie to Me by Depeche Mode.
Availability: Extremely rare. [Examples?]
2nd Logo (1980's)
Logo: We see two film wheels and three filmstrips. One of the filmstrip squares has a space background, which is where the camera zooms into. From there, a film wheel with an orangish-beige filmstrip moves along into the space background. The camera pans towards the film wheel which subsequently fades away. There, a small yellow dot appears at the center of the screen before the company logo, consisting of a stylized pinkish-orange triangle with a backwards L shaped indent at the bottom and a thin streak on the left side with "SAM BOO" in the same color below the indent and Korean text reading "(주)삼부프로덕숀" below in white, flips itself onscreen from the right. The company logo fades out and two parallel futuristic machine-like things consisting of a large tube with "MOVIES" engraved in it and various tower-like structures with blue searchlights in the background and a path at the bottom all fade in. A black rectangle with the aforementioned triangle and the text "MOVIES" at the top and bottom (the bottom one being flipped upside down) zooms in and rotates before stopping to reveal the triangle in its normal position. The same Korean text in blue slides up below the triangle.
Technique: A combination of 3D and 2D CGI and cel animation
Music/Sounds: A snippet of Don't Stop The Classics by Tempo Rubato.
Availability: Extremely rare.
3th Logo (1985)
Logo: Unknown.
Technique: The footages spinning, as well as the logo.
Music/Sounds: Unknown.
Availability: Extremely rare.
4th Logo (Late 1980's?)
Logo: We see a clip from the Rede Globo "15 Anos" logo. After the flashing occurs, the aforementioned triangle zooms in. The company name in Korean slides over the left at the bottom.
Technique: The footage, coupled with basic 2D CGI.
Music/Sounds: A portion of She Has a Way by Bobby O.
Availability: Probably appeared on some movies.
