Background
Soyuzmultfilm (Союзмультфильм;originally Soyuzdetmultfilm (Союздетмультфильм)) is Soviet, then Russian animation studio, founded on June 10th, 1936 in Moscow from a merger of animation groups of Sovkino, Mezhrabpomfilm and Mosfilm. In July 1937 studio was renamed to it's current name.
1st Logo (1936-1990s)
Nicknames: "Simple logo"
Logo: A simple title "Производство киностудии "Союзмультфильм"" ("Produced by Soyuzmultfilm"). Below marquees "Москва" ("Moscow") and year cartoon was made appear sometimes. In later films title just says Союзмультфильм.
Variants: Various titles that differ from one cartoon to another.

Availability: Ultra common: this logo appears in many studio's cartoons since it first cartoon, В Африке жарко, released in 1936.
2nd Logo (1937-1941, 1969)
Nicknames: "Pencil logo"
Logo: A white-bordered circle appears. Then, a pencil appears, writing Союз мульт (divided into 2 rows). Then the pencil goes below the title, and film reel with writing Фильм appears in front of it.
Variants: Москва writing appears in some cartoons. In some cartoons logo is without animation. In Nu pogodi! the pencil and film reel appear textless, below the actual title of the studio.

Music/Sounds: Cartoon title music
Availability: Very rare: this logo appeared in some pre-WWII cartons since 1937 and early wartime propaganda cartoons, like Stervyatniki, and was intended as studio's official logo. But after WWII, it did not appear in studio's cartoons, except Nu pogodi!, which was released in 1969.
