Background

TV São Luis is a Brazilian television station owned by Grupo Zildeni Falcão, based in São Luis, the capital of the state of Maranhão, in the Mid-North region of Brazil. Music/Sounds: A droning 5-note looping electronic jingle filled with whooshes and robotic noises with a descending synth once the logo completes itself. The earlier 2016 version is louder, making the initial whooshes sound more like an explosion.

Music/Sounds Variant: An Axé tune on the "Bumba-meu-boi" variant.

Availability: Extinct.

Legacy: The 2016 version has an infamy in the Brazilian logo community due to its loud, unbalanced audio that competes with the 2nd logo of Colombiana de Television, to a point where there are parodies making it even louder.
