Background
This is the copyright holder of KLRU-TV, inaugurated circa 1988.
1st Logo (1988)
Visuals: The ending of the 1980s KLRN logo, but replaced with “The Capital of Texas Communications Council.”
Technique: Scanimate effects and chyron.
Audio: A cymbal roll, which is used in the 1st KLRU ID.
Availability: Extinct, was used on programs that are broadcast on KLRU and KLRN.
