Background: The Jozak Company was a production company run at first by Gerald W. Abrams (who joined the company as VP of creative affairs in 1973) and Gerald I. Isenberg. Abrams left in 1978 to form Cypress Point Productions; Jozak closed around 1985. Abrams and Isenberg later founded Phoenix Entertainment Group. Most of Jozak's post-1978 library was produced in association with Paramount Television, and is distributed by CBS Television Distribution (exceptions include the Fame TV series, which was co-produced and distributed by MGM Television); distributors for older titles vary.
