- Sometimes, a short version exists.
- On a promo for "The Crying Child", the footage fades to the logo in a short videotape version.
Technique: Live-action and CGI, produced by Pittard Sullivan.
Audio: A four timpani theme with the last one mixed to a guitar riff and a piano ditty.
Availability: Seen on USA Pictures movies on USA Network. The filmed variant appears in some Hallmark TV movies on Lifetime Movie Network when followed by the Sonar Entertainment logo.
2nd Logo (1996-1998)

Audio: An orchestral tune.
Availability: Seen on later USA Pictures movies. It also appears on the French-Canadian VHS release Judgment Day: The Ellie Nesler Story, followed by a silent Pearson Television logo.
