Background: Venom Games was initially formed in January 2003 from the remnants of Rage Software's Newcastle Studio it's parent company went into administration. Their first game released in September 2004, Rocky Legends, was a successor to the team's previous adaptation of the popular film franchise. That same month, Take-Two Interactive purchased the studio, but after the release of their final game in June 2008, Don King Presents: Prizefighter, Take-Two shuttered the studio a month later, intending to wind down it's operations in Western Europe to focus on Eastern Europe and Asia.

Logo: The logo, retaining the same design from the previous, simply zoom in, remains for a couple of seconds, and abruptly zooms out.
