Background
Yash Raj Films (YRF) is a company set up by Yash Raj Chopra, an Indian film director and producer. He initially worked for his brother's production company (B.R. Films) and set up his own company in 1970. This production company had three consecutive hits in 2004 and in 2005 had two box office hits.
1st Logo (Early 1980's)

- On Chandni, the logo is colored silver-blue, the color of moonlight ("chandni").
- On Lamhe, the logo is yellow and appears in a zoom-out shot from the sun.

2nd Logo (Mid 1990's-2004)
Logo: On a black background, we see the lines forming the logo in camera angles, then zoom into the letter Y, then the text "yash raj films" sliding in.
