Background

Dualstar Interactive was the video game division of Dualstar Entertainment and was one of eight subsidiaries that Dualstar operated. It was launched in 1999 through a partnership with Acclaim Entertainment.^[1] In 2004, Dualstar Interactive filed a lawsuit against Acclaim,^[2] which went bankrupt. Acclaim's bankruptcy, and subsequent closure and liquidation, effectively ended Dualstar Interactive.

Visuals: Same as the 2nd Dualstar Entertainment logo, only "INTERACTIVE" replaces "ENTERTAINMENT GROUP" or "PRODUCTIONS".

2nd Logo (2000-2002)

Visuals: Essentially just a still image of the Dualstar Interactive logo on a white background.

Variants:

On Game Boy releases, the words appear to the right.
A prototype version of the stacked version appears on Mary-Kate & Ashley: Winner's Circle, where the text is aligned to the left, and "DUALSTAR" is the same size as "INTERACTIVE".
