Background

Duck Soup Productions is a animation company that produces commercials for their clients. They were also responsible for creating character animations for PC games.

(2000's)

Logo: We see the illustration of a duck wearing a top-hat sitting on a bowl of soup surrounded by two circles behind it. The circle reads “DUCK SOUP PRODUCKIONS INC.” The duck then quacks once & returns to its normal position.

Variant: On Ducks on the March, the logo is in black & white. We see a cloudy background with TCF-esque searchlights surrounding it. The words “DUCKS ON THE MARCH” fade in with a square outline & “DUCKTONE NEWS” on a black square outline below the square outline. The text fades out & the logo flips half-vertically sliding up. The logo plays as normal.

Technique: The duck quacking.

Audio: A quack sound from the duck.

Music/Sounds Variant: On Ducks on the March, we hear an announcer say “Ducks on the March!”, followed by a heroic fanfare & the quack from the duck (as described above).

Availability:

Legacy: This logo is a favorite to many who love Duck Soup’s creations.
