Background

Educational Resources, Inc. is a company specialized in producing safety videos and materials.

(1990s)

Logo: We see a spinning Earth globe over a blue starfield. A drawing of an injured man emerges by a dissolving effect, with a red shirt, blue pants, gauzed arm and a crutch. The text "EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, INC." in circled fashion zooms in behind the globe with the yellow slogan byline "VIDEOS FOR SAFETY MEETINGS". A yellow prevention sign then appears and moves out in front of the globe and drawing, forming the logo.

Technique: 2D CGI.

Audio: Strings with an choir at the beginning, and a rising synth arpeggio effect with four ascending notes when the drawing appears. A rhythmic fanfare then plays, with a whoosh when the prevention sign appears.

Availability: Appears on the infamous Will You Be Here Tomorrow?. There are other safety videos made by the company in the 1990s that might also feature this logo.
