Visuals: Over a black background, there is an "ERf" zooming in to the bottom with the other one zooming out. The zooming out one became full and moves to the center and the circle with segmented dots around it zooms in.
Technique: 2D cel animation.
Audio: A trumpet and flute fanfare.
