This is the vanity plate of Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacher and Dean Lorey (who would later found his own company, Lorey Stories).

Visuals: On a black background, there is the letter "E" in a segmented font with the company name underneath as they swivel in motion.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: Just a man saying, "Heh! That's funny." or the closing theme.
Availability: Seen on Powerless on NBC and the first two seasons of Harley Quinn on DC Universe.
