Logo (1985-1990s)
Visuals: The logo starts on the sea surface with distant blue mountains. Then eight orange lights appear in row by the mountain chain as the screen zooms in. They turn into the word "ELECTRIC", and immediately a bolt of lightning clears out the sea, and the sky appears briefly as the background before fading into a black-blue gradient. The lightning creates the word "P I C T U R E S" below and condenses into a zapping mark above the "I" in "ELECTRIC". A small TM bug appears next to "P I C T U R E S".
Technique: 2D cel animation.
Audio: A synth tune. Sometimes, none.
Availability: It can be found on some movies such as Waxwork II: Lost in Time and Jersey Girl (1992).
