Background

Electro Brain is a defunct game publisher that was formed in 1990 to release several games for Nintendo consoles. Along with THQ, Natsume, Majesco Sales and Sunsoft, they were one of the providers for rereleasing classic titles on the Game Boy. It was later a unit of distributor Electro Source. It was shut down in 1999.

Logo (1991-1998)

Visuals: On a white or black background, there is a head with red and blue static brains inside the head. Below it, there's the text "ELECTRO BRAIN" in a futuristic font.

Variants:

  • Sometimes, the text "CORP" is shown on the right.
  • On Best of the Best: Championship Karate, the face is absent.
  • Sometimes, the text is in chrome.
  • Sometimes, "PRESENTS" is shown below the logo.
  • On such games as Best of the Best: Championship Karate and Jim Power: The Lost Dimension in 3-D, the logo is part of the game's title screen.
