Background
Elgaz was a Polish multimedia company, starting off as a family business. They were large for a while, all before going into bankruptcy in 1992. However, they are somehow still active, albeit much smaller.

Nicknames: "ARE/ELGAZ", "The Combo", "Cheesy Flipping"
Logo: Same as the ARE logo, but the logo flips a couple of times to a yellow background with the Elgaz logo, which is "ELGAZ" in a box and the "L" longer than usual. Some Polish as well as address information type in before flying away.
Technique: The same animation as ARE, as well as the logo flipping.
Music/Sounds: Same as ARE.
Availability: Extremely rare.
