This was the production company of Emmanuel Lewis, star of the sitcom Webster, which ran on ABC from 1983 to 1987 and ran in syndication until 1989.
(November 20, 1985-March 10, 1989)
Logo: We see, on a white background, a logo in a circle-ish font arranged like this:
EMMANUEL LEWIS

Variant: In later years of Webster, the logo has the line "in association with" under the logo.
FX/SFX: None. It's only a still logo. The "IAW" variant has the line fade in.
