Background: This is Sam Esmail's vanity card.

Logo: On a black background, we see the white square appearing and disappearing rapidly, the text displaying "ESMAIL CORP." as the red rounded circles appear in the center, resembling the letter "E". It rotates a little, and then the white square disappears.
FX/SFX: The text and the circles resembling "E".
Music/Sounds: A computer beep, keyboard typing sounds and ends with another beep.
