(1990's)

Logo: On a blue background with swinging spotlights, a medium aquamarine box with carvings of random letters fades in and spins. The box then stops and zooms in, then spins 90 degrees to the right, to reveal an open side of it. There's a horizontally-mirrored video of a face in a deserted land, much like the ones you see in ancient god sculptures, with its red eyes glowing after a second, and the clouds of the sky start to move fast. The video zooms back. The box fades out making the zooming video the only thing left. The face's eyes begin to glow more as the red light takes over the screen, and leaves a blue cloudy view of the sea, while a golden logo consisting of the word "EXTRA" and an extended "EV" below zooms in spinning, which then stops when the background distorts. A shine passes through the EV mark.

FX/SFX: Everything.

Music/Sounds: A dramatic string fanfare with a triumphant finish.

Availability: Rare. Found on Russian VHS tapes from the time.
