Background
This is Woody Thompson's production company, formed in 2000.
(2000-)
Logo: On a white background, a googly eye is seen moving and slowly zooming in. The red text "EYEBOOGIE" zooms out, with "INC." vertically sitting next to the company name.
Variants: The opening part of the logo changes from episode to episode (i.e. one variant has multiple googly eyes floating around before they merge into a single big googly eye), but the music and voiceover are still the same.
FX/SFX: The googly eye.
Music/Sounds: A brief, funky bass beat with a whirr at the start, followed by a Barry White-like voice saying "Eyeboogie".
Availability: Appeared on a 2002 VH1 airing of Daydream Believers: The Monkees' Story, the American version of Never Mind the Buzzcocks and the 2011 revival of Pop-Up Video. Also appeared tacked onto some older episodes of Pop-Up Video airing infrequently on VH1 Classic (now MTV Classic).
Editor's Note: None.
