Logo: On a black background, two gold abstract letters, an "F" and an "M", slide in from both sides of the screen and come together. Then the word "ENTERTAINMENT" in silver fades in below the letters. The logo shines.
Technique: The sliding, fading, and shining.
Music/Sounds: None, or the opening theme of the movie.
Availability: Extremely rare. Appears on Hamburger: The Motion Picture and The Kindered. It also appeared on the artwork for Wired, but doesn't appear on the movie itself.
