Background
Fantasy Factory was a game developer that published the highly infamous 1994 Phillips CD-i puzzle game Hotel Mario.

Logo: On an orange/yellow fire background, we see the silver words "FANTASY FACTORY" with "FACTORY" below "FANTASY", in a futuristic modern-shaped font.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Extremely rare, much more rarer than the first Philips Media logo. It only appears on Hotel Mario for the Philips CD-i console, following the 1st PIM logo.
