Background
Fantasy Factory was a game developer that published the highly infamous 1994 Phillips CD-i puzzle game Hotel Mario.
Logo (April 5, 1994)
Visuals: On an orange/yellow fire background, we see the silver words "FANTASY FACTORY" with "FACTORY" below "FANTASY", in a futuristic modern-shaped font.

Audio: None.
Availability: It only appears on Hotel Mario for the Philips CD-i console, following the 1st PIM logo.
