Background
This is Jennifer Flackett and Mark Levin's vanity card.

Logo: We see a man's head with two mouths, holding a lit-on lightbulb inside the circle. On top is the word "FATHOUSE" and on the bottom "INDUSTRIES".
Variant: On some episodes of Big Mouth, the logo is next to the Titmouse Inc. logo, and is cropped into 4:3.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: We hear a man saying, "Fathouse" with electrical sounds in the background. On the Big Mouth pilot episode, no electrical sounds are heard.
