Logo (Early 1980s?)

A red "F" moves up beside it (Scanimation and all) but it is much larger and towers over the H. A yellow "V" moves in to the BG, to the right of the F and the H. A white shape of some sort forms beside the F (on the top). The words "FESTIVAL HOME VIDEO" wipe in a light pink font beside the logo.
Technique: Scanimate and cel animation.
Audio: A very bombastic and loud fanfare.
Availability: Appears on Greek videotapes of films like Rocco and His Brothers, Magnum Cop, The Horrible Dr. Hichcock, and the infamous Tarzoon: Shame of the Jungle.
