Background
Fil-Cartoons was a Philippines-based animation studio. It was established in 1987 by Hanna-Barbera (specifically, Jerry Smith), and was in operation through 2001. The studio was primarily responsible for producing animation for it's parent company, Hanna-Barbera. Some of its employees later went to work for Toon City.

Visuals: On an orange circle gradient background, a CGI rendition of Fred Flintstone's head zooms in, as the Hanna-Barbera wordmark wrapped around goes through the head. After a few seconds, the wordmark moves as it turns, to the center of Fred's head. The background turns blue, as the camera only leaves an orange oval, with Fred's head, and the wordmark. The oval gets a little bigger. Then, the background turns white, and the logo starts to warp before fading into a 2D version of it. The logo moves to the top right of the screen, revealing a blue oval with "Fil-Cartoons,Inc." in bold, with dark blue text "Subsidiary of Hanna-Barbera Productions, Inc." seen under it.
Technique: CGI and 2D animation.
Audio: The closing theme of the promo.
Availability: Seen only at the end of an Fil-Cartoons promotional video.
